Early Help & Prevention – Early Help Worker

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Join Birmingham Children’s Trust and be a part of our mission to deliver effective Early Help directly to families. As an Early Help Worker, you will play a crucial role in enabling families to achieve excellent outcomes.

At Birmingham Children’s and Young Peoples Partnership, we are committed to understanding the needs of our communities and strengthening our offer to children. We aim to deliver services that truly benefit children and families, and this role is integral to making that happen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective support to families, offering children and parents the opportunity to work with us to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Reduce the need for specialist services by delivering evidence-based interventions in family homes, education, and community settings.
  • Collaborate actively with partners, schools, community services, and the voluntary sector.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Passionate and committed individuals with proven experience in working directly with children and families.
  • Experience in assessing family needs and working in partnership to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Ability to deliver evidence-based interventions and make effective changes in the lives of children and families.
