Our Team:
We’re looking for a dynamic Domestic Abuse Manager to join our Community Safety and Protection division. Reporting to the Head of Service, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team including a Senior IDVA and a Case Officer—to deliver impactful services supporting victims and tackling domestic abuse.
Based at The Municipal Building with flexible working options.

Hours: 37 per week

Your Contributions:
We're looking for a passionate and drivenleader to shape and strengthen our response to domestic abuse. In this vital role, you’ll lead a specialist team, manage the delivery of high-quality frontline services, and drive innovation in how we support victims, families, and address perpetrator behaviour.
You’ll oversee our Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) partnership work, supervise IDVA staff, and ensure our services meet the latest standards and legislation. As the Council’s lead on domestic abuse strategy, you’ll also guide multi-agency efforts and champion awareness and training across the workforce.
