
Digital Workplace Officer
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Officer to help colleagues get the most from Microsoft 365, low-code solutions and other digital tools. A key focus of the role will be designing and delivering engaging training, supporting digital adoption and creating clear, accessible learning resources.
You will:
- Deliver in workshops, classroom sessions, e-learning and one-to-one support.
- Create user guides, knowledge articles, presentations and instructional resources.
- Explain technical information clearly to people with different levels of digital confidence.
- Support colleagues through the introduction of new systems and ways of working.
- Gather feedback and continually improve training and guidance.
- Help develop, test and support digital forms, workflows and applications using Microsoft 365 and low-code technologies.
We are looking for a team player with strong communication and presentation skills who enjoys helping others learn. You will have relevant experience in digital training, workplace technology, low-code development or application support, together with good problem-solving and organisational skills.
