    Your New Role

    A fantastic opportunity to join our Adult Social Care team as aDigital Lead where you will spearhead the digital transformation of adult social care services in Portsmouth. You will develop a digital strategy and ensure that digital innovation enhances service delivery, improves outcomes for residents and supports a modern, efficient and person-centred care system. In addition to strategy development the postholder will be responsible for the development of business cases to secure funding and the effective implementation of digital tools, systems, and training programs.

    Who is the person summary:

    You will need to be a self-starter who has a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. You will be committed to person centred care and co-production and have a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. The role requires a focus on outcomes, which are grounded in equity and digital inclusion.

    You will have a proven track record of leading and/or delivering digital transformation in a public sector or health care sector, with a sound knowledge of relevant legislation and standards in adult social care and digital governance.

    Please ensure that you read the job profile for full details on the post. We offer hybrid working with the expectation to attend the office minimum 2 days a week (pro rata for part time), this remains flexible, depending on the role and subject to business needs.
