We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work within a small, highly effective Parking Team.
You will be proactive with the daily workload within the Parking Services team, Managing Car parks, equipment and assisting managing the processing team, to ensure a comprehensive and quality service. You will be required to investigate faults and damage within carparks log with contractors, address queries within the team and be able to communicate issues effectively with the Car Parks Manager.
You will be required to deal with parking and transport related enquiries by telephone, in person, by letter and electronic communication effectively. You will need to make important recommendations for Penalty Charge Notice ‘cancellation or write off, to assist the appeals team when required.
You will be expected to set up and maintain accurate and appropriate reports from maintenance to income produce standard computer reports or management information as required.
You will be computer literate and education to at least ‘GCSE’ standard or equivalent academic experience is desirable.
The work will require internal collaboration with the Principal Transport Planner. Experience in this field would be advantageous, however, the successful candidate will be given full training in all disciplines.
This Post is office based and will need onsite visits on a daily basis, This post is a full-time role. However, all applications will be considered.

Salary range
- £38,150 - £40,988 per year
