The Deputy Building Manager will supervise the maintenance and upkeep of Chelmsford Theatre. Our ideal applicant will have knowledge of carpentry, metal work, plumbing and electrical work in order to carry out repairs and planned maintenance. Experience of managing contractors and conducting regular Health and Safety checks is essential, along with ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency and high standards. The role supports and deputises for the Technical and Buildings Manager and manages our in house cleaning team.
Standard working hours for this role are between 07:00-15:00 Monday to Friday but will vary in line with operational requirements.
