
Corporate Support Officer
24 Hours Per Week, 6 Month Fixed Term.
With optional home-working available following training and performance review
Are you someone who is able to work well with a variety of different stakeholders, with good attention to detail and an understanding of how processes work?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our newly formed Corporate Support Hub. This team plays a vital role by supporting a range of different functions across the council deliver great services to our customers. As a recently established team, you will also have the opportunity to shape its overall culture and input into how it should work on a day to day basis.
What will you be doing?
Provide specialised and technical administrative support across Council services, ensuring all work complies with required standards, policies, and legislation.
Process customer service requests accurately and within required timelines, including completing financial tasks such as invoicing and payments.
Manage core office and administrative duties, including handling documents, maintaining records, and updating information within case‑management software systems.
