π§ What youβll do:
π³ Prepare and cook meals from a set menu, meeting individual dietary needs.
π§Ό Maintain top standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety.
π¦ Manage stock control and ordering efficiently.
π― What weβre looking for:
π¨βπ³ Experience in cooking (especially for large groups is a bonus!).
π Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and dietary requirements.
π§ Understanding of nutrition and hydration for older adults.
π
Flexibility to work across 7 days, including weekends & bank holidays.
π Familiarity with the IDDSI framework is a plus β but weβll support your growth!

Week 2: Saturday & Sunday

The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
