Lingham Primary School

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Cook (in charge) to manage the school’s Catering Service. The successful applicant will have experience working in a kitchen environment, you will be responsible for planning a balanced nutritious menu, preparing freshly cooked food which provides for the nutritional and dietary needs of all students, staff, and visitors. You will be organised and take responsibility for managing all aspects of the Catering Service to include, stock and budget management, line management of staff, ensuring compliance with food standards, food hygiene regulations and Health & Safety.

The current vacancy is for 5 days, Monday to Friday working 5.5 hours per day from 8:00 am till 1.30 pm
