CONTACT CENTRE OFFICER
30 HOURS PER WEEK, 11AM-5PM
GRADE 3/4 £25,185 - £26,403
Our Contact Centre is looking to recruit a permanent member of staff to join our busy and customer-focused Contact Centre team. The successful applicant will have the ability to deal with council customers, both internal and external, on a “one to one” basis, both in person and over the phone. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and be capable of logging and managing enquiries using internal systems. Previous experience in a Contact Centre or customer service role is desirable.
