We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Safety Intervention Officer to join our Policy and Partnerships Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a leading role in preventing and addressing anti-social behaviour, working with residents, partner agencies and local communities to deliver positive outcomes.
As our Community Safety Intervention Officer, you will lead on the Council's response to anti-social behaviour, managing complex casework and developing effective interventions to protect residents and support communities. You will work closely with a range of partners, including Hertfordshire Constabulary, housing providers, probation services, voluntary organisations and safeguarding agencies.
You will have significant experience in community safety, preferably anti-social behaviour or within local government or a similar statutory organisation.
You will be vetted by Hertfordshire Constabulary, as this role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system.
The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).

Salary range
