Full-Time Community Mental Health Worker Vacancy 37 hours per week, St Helens Borough.
We are looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and person-centred Community Mental Health Worker to work within our dynamic Community Mental Health Floating Support Team. Applicants will have knowledge and experience of delivering rehabilitative support to adults in the community and supported accommodation with a focus on promoting independence and tenancy sustainment.

Making A Difference as A Community Mental Health Worker in the Community Mental Health Floating Support Team.
Working in an innovative and dynamic well-established community mental health service, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Community Mental Health Worker to join our team. Our service provides specialist housing related support to enable individuals who experience severe and enduring mental health conditions and other complex needs to maximise their independence and remain well in the community via tenancy sustainment.
The focus of the role involves person-centred support plan delivery, with a goal focused remit, derived from bespoke strength-based assessments, working with individuals who require rehabilitative support.
Working with a holistic approach, to support delivery - outside of the usual norms and trends, the post holder will provide a high level of specialist support to help individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Employees can regularly work away from Council workspaces (including home or other locations), alongside required office-based working. The balance between remote and office-based working is determined at service level based on operational need, however, there has been a minimum specification that staff will work at least 2 days from an office-based location.
