Salary: £10,632.96 p.a.

Broxbourne Council is looking to appoint an experienced and diligent part-time cleaner to help maintain high standards at Cheshunt Park Golf Course. To apply for the role, you will need to be able to work both weekdays and weekends. As the working pattern is not yet fixed, the exact days and hours will be agreed with the successful candidate, taking into account the needs of the service and their availability.

The role will involve cleaning public areas, following agreed cleaning schedules and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

The successful candidate will be reliable, organised and confident working in a public-facing environment.

The Role

  • Follow a structured cleaning schedule
  • Clean public areas, toilets, changing rooms and other facilities
  • Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness throughout the building
  • Provide cleaning support at the Spotlight in Hoddesdon when required.

The Candidate

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
  • Confidence engaging with members of the public
  • High standards and consistent attention to detail.

The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with members of the public in fluent English is essential for this post.

This role does not require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as it is not working with children or vulnerable clients.
