Evening Cleaner in Charge – Required 1st September 2026
Sowe Valley Primary School is seeking a reliable, hardworking and proactive Evening School Cleaner in Charge to join our dedicated team.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our evening cleaning team and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our children, staff and visitors. You will take pride in ensuring that classrooms, communal areas and facilities are cleaned to a high standard, helping to create a positive environment where children can belong, believe and become the very best version of themselves.
Working as part of our friendly site team, you will undertake cleaning duties whilst overseeing the work of the evening cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained. You will be responsible for allocating tasks, monitoring cleaning standards, reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns and ensuring cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and appropriately in accordance with school procedures.
