Our Team:

We are looking for 3 dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operatives to help maintain our buildings to the high standards set out in the In-House Cleaning Contract. If you take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we would love to hear from you.

Post 1 7.5 hours per week, 6.00am – 7.30 am - based at Halton Lodge Children’s Centre, Runcorn

Post 2 10 hours per week, 5.00pm – 7.00pm - based at Rutland House, Runcorn

Post 3 10 hours per week , 5.00am – 7.00am - based at the Municipal Buildings Widnes

Some flexibility required to suit the needs of the service, to be discussed further at interview.

Your Contributions:

You will be a good timekeeper and be able to work the full contracted hours each day, A good communicator you will be able to work as part of the team and to work under your own initiative.

You will take responsibility for cleaning the buildings to the standard set by the In-House Cleaning Contract.

More specifically:

• Cleaning tasks may include any of the following for which training will be given: vacuuming, mopping, damp wiping, toilet/urinal cleaning, wall washing, carpet cleaning, stripping and polishing floors.
• Ensure good housekeeping, keeping cleaning stores clean and tidy ensuring implements stored correctly.
• Take care of corporate assets, bringing any defects to the attention of the line manage

Additionally, you will have:

Experience of having worked as a cleaning operative

• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Willingness to take on any duties that are reasonably requested by management/site manager.
• Willingness to partake in training
