
Class Teacher KS2 - Wyken Croft Primary School
The governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a full-time teaching position in KS2 to commence September 2026.
What is the job role?• A large primary school with the heart of a small school where everyone matters, every day.
• Able to provide tailored Induction and ongoing CPD.
• A supportive and welcoming school where children are excited to learn.
• Looking for a class teacher who is keen to join our experienced team at an exciting time.
The successful candidate will need to:-
• Undertake the professional duties of a school teacher as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
• As a primary teacher, to teach pupils in the age range of 3 – 11 years.
• Ensure high-quality teaching, effective use of resources and the highest standards of learning, achievement and behaviour for the pupils in your year.
Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will need to:
• Be passionate about learning and demonstrate outstanding teaching leadership.
• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner and have a clear vision for further development of the curriculum.
• Have a deep understanding of the needs of different children and be passionate about providing the very best for all children in our school.
• Have a clear understanding of Safeguarding and the role of a leader in this process.
• Play a role in organisation and school policy development.
• Have the personality, drive and energy to motivate and support everyone within our learning community.
