    Are you passionate about driving innovation, systems development, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support in children’s services?

    We’re seeking a dedicated Systems challenge compliance and support manager for the Children’s Systems Team to take ownership of challenge, support, and innovation functions. This role is integral to shaping service delivery, improving processes, and making a tangible impact on children, young people, and families.

    You will lead a team of Children’s Systems compliance Officers (x3), work alongside other Systems staff and professionals across the service to ensure effective practice, compliance, and continuous improvement.

    You will report to and support the Children’s systems and payments Strategic manager in leading on the delivery of projects on our systems development plan. You will liaise with staff across the service and our systems service provider to provide support where needed and lead on actioning change requests. You will also need to attend our change board chaired by the Director of Children’s social care.

    In-depth working knowledge of case recording management systems used in Children, young people and families work – ideally Liquid Logic (System C) Children’s systems experience.
