East Riding Leisure Bridlington is looking to recruit enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Catering Assistants to support our busy catering operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer services. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day operation of our café and catering facilities, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers.

The Role

As a Casual Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving food and drinks to customers.
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions.
• Providing a friendly, efficient, and professional customer service experience.
• Assisting with food preparation and presentation.
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, café, and dining areas to a high standard.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures at all times.
• Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the catering service during busy periods.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking applicants who:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Are reliable, flexible, and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
• Can work effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high standards.
• Have previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience, although full training will be provided.

A Level 2 Food Safety qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
