
Casual Bar Operative
We are looking for casual staff to work with us at the Corn Exchange which hosts a number of events to include weddings, parties and dinners.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar service to our diverse clientele and guests, ensuring that their visits are enjoyable and memorable. We are looking for individuals who possess outstanding customer care skills and thrive in fast-paced environments.
As a Casual Bar Operative, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including serving drinks, managing the bar area, and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met. Your ability to anticipate customer requests and respond promptly will be key to creating a welcoming atmosphere. In addition to serving drinks, you will also assist in maintaining a clean and organised bar area, restocking supplies as needed, and supporting the overall operations of the venue. Your contributions will not only enhance the guest experience but will also play an essential role in the success of our events and functions.
You will be able to cope well with pressure and show a strong ability to solve problems. You will be flexible in your approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly. All shifts are subject to availability. Casual workers are under no obligation to work the shifts offered and the Corn Exchange is under no obligation to offer work on a regular basis.
