    About the role

    Southfields Care home, rated GOOD by CQC, provides exceptional levels of support to people living with dementia, physical disabilities or /and sensory impairments.

    Situated in a residential suburb in Northampton, Southfields offers a wonderful living environment in which residents can enjoy an enhanced quality of life.

    We have teams of friendly and committed staff who provide the highest level of dementia care and residential care.

    With our great accommodation, facilities and programme of activities, our care home evokes a home from home atmosphere in which our residents can feel comfortable, content and very well cared for.

    Additional information

    As we offer full, hands-on training where you can work towards relevant certifications, you don't have to have any particular experience. BUT you do need to have the passion and will to provide exceptional level care and make individuals feel seen and cared for.

    At minimum we offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in gradually, so you feel supported every step of the way.

    Unfortunately, this role does not meet the legal requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.


    This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost. West Northamptonshire Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
