You’ll support residents with daily living activities, promote their independence and dignity, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Whether assisting with personal care, encouraging social engagement, or simply offering a listening ear, your contribution will make a meaningful difference every day.

    • Has a caring and empathetic nature
    • Communicates effectively and respectfully
    • Works well as part of a team and independently
    • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of residents
    • Has experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential — full training provided)
    • Is flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
