  • Responding to telephone, email and system-based enquiries.
  • Prioritising competing demands within assigned timescales.
  • Supporting the wider Business Support function and service delivery requirements for other services where required.

What we’re looking for

  • Is organised, reliable and has strong attention to detail
  • Can manage a varied workload, work effectively under pressure and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
  • Is confident using IT systems, or willing to learn new digital tools
  • Understands the importance of accuracy in care coordination and record keeping
  • Works well as part of a supportive team, build effective working relationships with colleagues and partner organisations and is flexible in response to service needs
  • Can demonstrate initiative, resilience and a positive approach to problem solving
  • Proven experience in business support, administration or a care related environment, but training and support will be provided.

Why join Short Term Pathways?

We support adults through critical periods of change and recovery, helping people to maximise independence and remain safe in their communities. The Business Support Team plays a vital role in achieving this.

  • Join a friendly, supportive and collaborative Business Support team
  • Develop your skills and experience within Adult Social Care
  • See the direct impact of your work on service delivery and outcomes
