Business Support Assistant - Health Visiting & School Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Support Assistant to join our 0-19 Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive, professional team.

You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of services by providing efficient, reliable and responsive administrative assistance to health professionals and colleagues.

Duties will include:

• Maintaining records and filing systems.
• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Responding to face-to-face, telephone, or written enquiries from both internal and external sources.
• Collating and processing manual and computerised information in accordance with approved Corporate Resources procedures.
