Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced SAP Business Relationship Manager to join our SAP Centre of Excellence team – a role that sits at the heart of innovation and operational excellence.

As the bridge between business and technology, you’ll ensure our SAP systems and related platforms deliver maximum value for the organisation and its stakeholders. This is your chance to influence strategy, optimise processes, and drive continuous improvement across Finance, HR, Procurement, and other critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for SAP-related matters between business stakeholders and the SAP CoE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service areas to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities.
  • Support the delivery of SAP projects, enhancements, and upgrades, including S/4HANA and related platforms.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Drive innovation, identifying opportunities for process improvement using SAP technologies.
  • Provide guidance and support for change management and user adoption.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative professional with:

  • Strong experience in SAP systems (preferably S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BW/4HANA, BTP, SAC, Fiori).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proven track record in business analysis, relationship management, or similar roles.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a complex environment.
  • Knowledge of local government processes and priorities (desirable).
