    Salary range: Grade 5 £33,012 - £33,987 p.a. plus fantastic benefits
    Contract: Permanent x 2
    Hours of work: 36 hours per week
    Location: Croydon

    Help us keep Croydon’s estates clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

    We are looking for two committed Bulk Driver/Loaders to join our Estates and Environmental Services team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring refuse and bulky waste is removed safely and efficiently, working directly in our neighbourhoods to improve the environment for local communities.

    About the role

    • Drive and operate large collection vehicles across Croydon’s estates.
    • Carry out safe loading, removal, and disposal of bulky household waste.
    • Work with caretakers and colleagues to maintain high estate standards.
    • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

    About you

    • Hold a valid LGV licence with experience driving large vehicles.
    • Knowledge of safe loading/unloading practices.
    • A team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.
    • Strong awareness of health and safety and customer service.
