Broker (3 posts)
Due to our two‑year pilot expansion of Residential Brokerage, we are excited to recruit three Brokers to join our expanding Adult Social Care Brokerage Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting people to access high‑quality, cost‑effective care and support across Derbyshire.
Following the expansion of our service to include residential care home placements for older adults, these roles will focus significantly on sourcing and negotiating residential placements—while also continuing to support general brokerage activity across home care, day opportunities, support services and other provision.
In addition to residential sourcing, you will also support the procurement of home‑care packages, ensuring timely responses, competitive pricing and the best possible match for people’s needs.

- Use the ADAM procurement portal to support transparent, competitive sourcing of both residential and home‑care services.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of provider performance.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
