As an ASYE Social Worker, you will develop your skills while managing a varied and rewarding caseload with structured support and supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and coordinating referrals, undertaking assessments, and supporting care planning
- Working with individuals, carers, and families to promote independence and wellbeing
- Supporting complex case work with guidance, including exposure to AMHP and BIA functions
- Contributing to multi-disciplinary working and integrated service delivery
- Supporting and learning from experienced practitioners while developing your professional confidence

About you
You are passionate about making a difference and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will bring:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW or equivalent) and registration with Social Work England
- Understanding of adult social care practice, including key legislation such as the Care Act 2014, MCA/DoLS, and safeguarding
- Awareness of diverse adult client groups and a strong commitment to advocacy and user involvement
- Ability to manage straightforward cases with support, including situations involving risk and crisis intervention
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multi-disciplinary working
- Sound judgement, with the ability to prioritise and make informed decisions
- Commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to undertake further training
- Flexibility to visit individuals and families in their own homes regularly
