
Assistant Team Manager

We're developing our day services and community opportunities, we need two positive, enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Manager to join out teams in Skegness. The role is fixed term for two years.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, creating sustainable community-based support which will have a lasting impact. We have been investing in our day services, re-inventing ourselves and we have big plans to play an even greater part in our communities. The people we support want the chance to try new things and meet new people, as well as keep developing new skills, do more volunteering, get work experience and help local people. We know that everyone has something to contribute to their community and it’s our job to help them make that happen

About you
We’re looking for someone who has the commitment and skills to inspire and manage our teams, as well as be a key part of our wider management team. Adapting and responding to the needs, wants, and wishes of the people we support, you’ll play a key role in delivering our ambitious development plans.

A Smarter Working Employer
We have embraced new ways of working and hybrid working will be a feature of this role. You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.
Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We require that you have in place good connectivity, and we will discuss during the recruitment process if support with this is needed.

Salary range
- £32,597 - £35,412 per year
