We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Community Services Manager on a full time, permanent basis. You must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and flexible Assistant Community Services Manager to join our Early Intervention and Prevention Service, which includes:

  • Bracknell Intermediate Care Service
  • Sensory Needs Service
  • Locality Access Point
  • Assessment Suite

Our multi-disciplinary team supports adults across Bracknell Forest in regaining independence and achieving greater control over their lives. We adopt a strength-based approach, prioritising individuals’ abilities and potential rather than their limitations.

  • Lead and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Champion strength-based practice and innovative problem-solving.
  • Work closely with health and social care professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement.
