Reablement services are short-term, typically free, home-based care (up to six weeks) designed to help people regain independence following a hospital stay, illness, or injury. These services focus on restoring daily living skills—such as washing, dressing, and cooking—through intensive support rather than doing tasks for the person.
- Are you passionate about supporting service users to live at home and encouraging them to maintain their independence.
- Do you have the skills and experience to support our existing Rapid response and Reablement team
- Do you enjoy working in both the office environment and the community
