    Roles That Matter

    To support the Vision Rehabilitation Managers, Specialists and Assessment & Review Workers.

    You will be first point of contact for new referral when completing a screening questionnaire with all new referrals.

    You will have the opportunity to complete home visits and provide low level training of specialist equipment to support independent living as advised by the team.

    You will support service users with confidence building and transitioning from Rehabilitation Program to Independent living under the guidance of Vision Rehabilitation Specialist.

    You will need to be a driving license holder and have use of a car to complete welfare telephone/home visits to service users.
