Salary £15,434.29 per annum increasing to minimum wage for your age after the first year.
Newark & Sherwood District Council has an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Surveyor to join our team.
This is a fantastic chance to start your career in surveying while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of property and construction activities. Working alongside our experienced Asset Surveyors, you'll be involved in project management, building surveys, compliance inspections, repairs and maintenance, property valuations, and contractor management.
As part of this apprenticeship, you'll study towards a Level 3 Surveying Technician qualification, combining practical workplace experience with professional learning. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in construction, property, and the built environment, who is keen to develop their skills and build a rewarding career.
