We are seeking a confident, motivated, and adaptable Multi‑Skills Maths & English Tutor to join our dedicated team. You'll play a vital role in helping learners build essential skills, develop independence, and reach their goals.

What will you be doing?

You will:

  • Support students across all vocational areas to access the curriculum
  • Promote inclusion, resilience, self-esteem, and independence
  • Provide tailored support to meet a wide range of learner needs
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the department
  • Deliver English and Maths sessions to learners with varying abilities
  • Monitor progress, update ProMonitor, and contribute to EHCP outcomes
All about You

Ask yourself:

  • Can you take initiative while showing empathy and understanding?
  • Are you flexible in your approach and passionate about helping learners succeed?
  • Do you hold GCSE Grade C/Level 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths?
  • Do you have experience supporting young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)?
  • Are you enthusiastic about delivering both GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications?
