Our All Age Disability Service is looking for a dedicated and organised Business Support Officer to join our fantastic team and help make a difference today!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative support to the All Age Disability Service in Adult Social Care. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring frontline staff are able to focus on their core responsibilities.

Your duties will include maintaining and updating data on our Mosaic and SAP systems, running and producing statistical reports, tracking financial data, and handling a variety of correspondence with professionalism and care. As part of a frontline service, regular office attendance is required.

This is a Fixed-Term contract of up to 14 months.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings efficiency, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset. The successful candidate will have:

  • Substantial experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and ability to work confidently with databases and spreadsheets
  • Experience working with financial data
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • An understanding of disabilities, including autism and learning disabilities, and/or the adult social care sector would be an advantage

About the Team:

Our All Age Disability Service supports children, young people, and adults with disabilities and eligible social care needs. The team is made up of social workers, team managers, assistant practitioners, and business support officers. We work collaboratively with education, health, and voluntary sector partners to provide high-quality, person-centred services.
