About you...

Together, we make a difference. In this role, you will work closely with health professionals, the police, and families to support people through social care crises out of hours. As an Adult Safeguarding Care Coordinator you will hold a CQSW or Social Work diploma/degree or an allied professional qualification such as nursing degree. You will also be registered with Social Work England as a Social Worker or the NMC as a Nurse. With at least three years’ experience in crisis intervention and complex adult safeguarding, you will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse and record complex information.
