We launched LG Jobs in partnership with the Local Government Association (LGA) in 2003. The site aimed to help councils promote their roles in one central place.
When the LGA's budget for the platform ended, we kept it going because we believed it was too valuable to lose.
We've been running the site ever since, offering free job listings to local authorities across the country. It's our way of giving something back to a sector we care deeply about.
LG Jobs is run by Jobs Go Public, a recruitment marketing company that works exclusively with public sector employers.
We've been supporting councils, schools, housing providers, and charities since 1999, helping them attract great candidates and fill important roles.
