<h2>About the role</h2>You will be driving from site to site, keeping them in good working order by maintaining plumbing and fixtures and fittings. Your key tasks will be:<ul>
<li>Undertaking fault finding, maintenance repairs and new installations.</li>
<li>Completing dynamic risk assessments, writing reports and worksheets, and taking photographic evidence of completed works.</li>
<li>Working effectively to ensure labour and material costs are kept to a minimum.</li>
