A strong understanding of health and safety practices, including risk assessments and working at height, is essential. You’ll also have a good working knowledge of current electrical regulations as they apply to the theatre industry. 
In addition, you’ll be an effective team leader and communicator, capable of supervising staff, liaising with visiting companies, and ensuring smooth technical operations across multiple venues. You’ll be IT literate and able to use systems like MS Office, Artifax and Oracle. A full, clean driving licence is required, and you’ll need to be comfortable with working unsocial hours, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The Business Support Officer is a vital part of the localities team. They are the link between the services and customers we support, and the wider Community Services team. <li>Drive the delivery of the Internal Audit Strategy, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and client expectations</li>
<li>Lead and manage a team of auditors, overseeing the planning, execution, and quality assurance of complex audits</li>
<li>Ensure the delivery of the internal audit plan, including monitoring performance of the team</li>
<li>Undertake complex and strategic audit reviews</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integrated and complementary audit coverage</li>
<li>Provide expert advice and strategic insight to senior management and elected members on internal controls, governance, and risk management</li>
<li>Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team</li>

<li>As Lead Audit Manager, you will develop and manage annual and strategic audit plans</li>
