If you share this vision, then we would like to hear from you.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess the transport implications of new developments and provide high-quality, timely advice to planning officers.</li>\n<li>Review a variety of transport planning documents including Transport Assessments, Delivery & Servicing Plans, and Construction Logistics Plans.</li>\n<li>Represent the City in meetings with developers and other stakeholders, negotiating transport-related improvements to development proposals.</li>\n<li>Lead on the transition from planning approval to delivery, dealing with highway licences, walkway agreements, and S278/S38/S106 negotiations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams across Planning, Transportation, Engineering, and Public Protection to ensure a seamless and effective approach.</li>\n<li>Provide input to planning policy documents, and support committee reporting and decision-making processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<p>You’ll be an experienced professional with a degree (or equivalent experience) in a transport, engineering or construction-related field.
