About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mechanic to join our Fleet Services team at the Merlin Way depot in Ilkeston. You will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our municipal fleet - from refuse collection vehicles to road sweepers - ensuring essential services are delivered safely and reliably across the borough.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

<li>Preparing vehicles for MOT, servicing, and repairs across our HGV vehicles such as refuse collection vehicles, road sweepers and light to medium sized commercial vehicles</li>
