Caerphilly Children’s Services have developed their Strategy aimed at reducing the numbers of Children Looked After.The main focus of the role will be to facilitate family meetings to empower families to develop a family plan to support children and young people to remain cared for within their family. You will need to be effective at building positive working relationships and committed to promoting a solution focused family approach to intervention, championing a strengths based approach with families.The successful candidate will need a proven ability to work collaboratively with families to promote "what matters" to them. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills in facilitating family meetings and safety planning.
