We are recruiting to the post of Self-Directed Support Co-ordinator. In this role you will work directly with and support those individuals that choose to receive their personal budget as a Direct Payment. Working across all disability groups, both children and adults, you will work with individual users and/or their families or representatives to harness community resources, assistive technology, support services and/or recruit and employ personal assistants, in order to achieve agreed social care outcomes. These frameworks provide a mechanism for employees to take ownership of their development within their post and be rewarded accordingly. This means that the salary you will be offered will be at level A unless, based on an assessment against the CPF criteria, you demonstrate that you are meeting the criteria of level B or C.
