As a Social Worker in this team, you will be responsible for the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>To assess the social care needs of Rutland (adult) residents who have complex needs.</li>\n<li>To promote and contribute to the safety and well-being of all people in the community.</li>\n<li>To work in an integrated way with partners including health and colleagues across LLR and locally to conduct enquiries, implement protection plans and promote the rights, freedoms and outcomes of those supported.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We can offer manageable caseloads, with reflective peer practice, CPD sessions and regular 1 to 1 supervision.</p>\n<p>The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.</p>\n<p><strong>Interviews will be held week commencing 26 May 2025. The team works with people over the age of 18 in the community. The majority of the work in the team is to complete Care Act Assessments incorporating the Mental Capacity Act, DOLS and court work, along with supporting with Continuing Health Care Assessments.
