We are looking for a team member who has a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent construction discipline and has corporate full membership of either MRICS, MCABE or MCIOB and must be registered at either Class 2 or 3 with the Building Safety Regulator .
You must be self-motivated, be able to work on own initiative and have broad experience in Building Control legislation and enforcement processes. You must have proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will need to be a registered building inspector with the Building Safety Regulator, minimum class 2 category A.

We are a friendly, collaborative and enthusiastic team of Educational Psychologists delivering a highly regarded and valued psychology service to our schools and services across the borough.&nbsp; We are seeking to grow and expand our Service and are looking for a Senior Educational Psychologist and Main Grade Educational Psychologists who are dynamic and passionate about applying psychology to improve outcomes for all children and families and to help all children and young people (CYP) with SEND to thrive. We are a dedicated team committed to providing a psychological service to children and young people in our diverse communities through culturally responsive practice.&nbsp; The service has an established consultation framework which underpins its work with schools.&nbsp; We are working systemically and preventatively within our schools to meet the needs of CYP. We work in a flexible and creative way in line with evidence-based practice.&nbsp; Redbridge EPS is uniquely a non-traded service.&nbsp; We provide diverse working opportunities including with the Virtual School, YOS, Supporting Refugees, Early Years, Childrens’ Centres, Post-16 and the wider community. We jointly run projects with our Redbridge Educational Wellbeing Team (REWT), which is part of the EPS, and which includes ELSA training and supervision, the Race and Equality Awareness programme and our RAW (Rhythm and Well-being) project.&nbsp; Redbridge EPS has close links with the Doctoral training courses at UEL, UCL/IOE, and we support trainee placements within the team.
Senior Educational Psychologist Post:
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and creative Senior Educational Psychologist to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting time to join the Senior Team given our current New Ways of Working with schools and educational provisions, children and young people and their families and the wider community. As a Senior Educational Psychologist, you will use creative evidenced based psychological skills and strategic input to contribute to early intervention and preventative work as well as some involvement in the development and reshaping of areas such as:

<li>An area of specialism to be agreed, incorporating the successful applicant’s interests</li>
<li>Monitoring and evaluation</li>
<li>Policy development</li>
<li>Community needs led projects</li>
<li>Preventative and Systemic work (0-25)</li>
<li>Strategic lead/liaison in borough wide/EPS projects and developments</li>
<li>EDI work and culturally responsive practice</li>
<li>CPD and Training and developing interventions</li>
<li>Decision making multidisciplinary panels</li>
</ul>
As a Senior EP you will support the professional development of educational psychologists that you supervise through both professional and line management responsibilities.&nbsp; You will have a small patch of schools and will apply psychology creatively with a focus on systemic and preventative work.&nbsp; Redbridge EPS is forward thinking, and you will benefit from strong leadership and support from the PEPs and Senior Leadership Team.&nbsp; Substantial experience as a qualified Educational Psychologist is required for this post.
