Awareness of the barriers faced by older people and vulnerable adults, including those with physical, cognitive, or sensory needs, is essential.</p><p>You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, volunteers, and partners. Good organisational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate activities across multiple sites, are crucial.
