Some of the information will be of a confidential and sensitive manner, therefore the postholder should be tactful and diplomatic with their responses and develop a good tone of voice in correspondence.</p><p>You will ideally have experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines.</p><p>Previous experience would be great but is not essential.
