What is the job role? You will lead the delivery of key Property Management projects, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and value for money across the council’s property estate. This includes managing procurement, contractor performance, and health &amp; safety.&nbsp; You’ll drive service improvements and represent the division at senior forums, helping shape policy and ensure high standards across all property-related operations.A key project will be the providing support for Coventry Retail Market, ensuring effective servicing, income generation and maximisation.All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role. Who are we looking for? You'll have excellent programme management skills and people management skills and have significant experience of working collaboratively across a range of arears.You’ll have a track record in problem solving, advocating change, effectively using data to understand our needs and targeting resources in a way which maximises efficiency and effectiveness. &nbsp;You’ll also be a strong communicator, able to explain and present complex data. &nbsp;When applying for this role you will be asked to write a personal statement, please include the following information in your statement:<ul>
