This is an exciting opportunity to join the Independent Travel Training Service. Travel trainers support adults and young people with disabilities and/or autism to travel confidently, safely and independently across the borough so they can access school, further education or day care settings.
The post holder will deliver training (1-1 &amp; small groups) and support trainees travelling on public transport. Travel trainers support young people and adults to travel safely on public transport independently.&nbsp; You will be working with the trainee and their support network to plan and deliver a bespoke travel training programme. Working peripatetically across the borough, you will manage a caseload of trainees and be responsible for their progression throughout the training.&nbsp; Our programmes develop confidence and skills that enable trainees to tackle journeys independently.&nbsp;

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to coordinate a multi-year project delivering retrofit decarbonisation, heat networks and solar PV to sites and public buildings across the City Region.
The role will collaborate with stakeholders including funders, local authorities, supply chain and delivery partners and work alongside the North West Net Zero Hub using a standardised project management framework, methodologies, tools and templates.&nbsp; However, you will have the autonomy to determine the best way forward for your project, motivating and leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Technical Officer (Cyber), you’ll report to the Principal Cyber Security Officer and assist with the operation of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) Cyber Security systems (endpoint, perimeter, network, cloud) throughout their system lifecycle and the handling of incidents and problems related to Cyber Security through to resolution.&nbsp;

Main responsibilities&nbsp;
Contribute to LCRCA IT Team&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>-Contribute to timely and helpful support for system users in resolving cyber issues and delivering efficient operational outcomes for the organisation.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>-Assist in the delivery of all aspects of the digital service where required.  &nbsp;</li>

We are recruiting a Locality Attendance Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract, to help improve children's attendance levels in Wirral, through effective partnership working with staff in schools.
About the Role:
As a Locality Attendance Officer, you will be required to support and advise a cluster of primary, secondary, and special schools to reduce pupils' unauthorised absence, and to keep schools up to date with current regulations and guidance linked to school attendance. You will also foster the sharing of excellent and innovative practice across Wirral schools. By providing specialist advice and guidance, you will work to ensure that all agencies encourage parents to be fully aware of the value of education and their statutory responsibilities.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who can command the trust and respect of schools and families in the field of school attendance. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of how school attendance concerns can be associated with wider safeguarding issues. Above all, the post-holder will be looking to improve the way we engage with our children and families to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.

Specialist Transport Unit – In House Operations
