You will deal with all aspects of Tenancy and Estate Management except for anti-social behaviour and Income collection. This includes carrying out new tenant visits, dealing with mutual exchanges, successions, tenancy change requests, abandoned properties, untidy gardens and other breaches of tenancy and organising and attending estate walks.
