There has never been a better time to make the move to Folkestone & Hythe.</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking to recruit a dedicated and professional Control Centre Operator.  The working environment is a busy 24 hour Control Centre, where the team monitor Lifeline Clients and deal with out of hour’s duty officer calls. We are there to provide support, advice and action an emergency response should the call demand it.</p>\n<p>The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will need to be flexible and work a range of shifts on a rota basis, including night shifts.</p>\n<p>While previous Control Centre experience is not necessarily essential, you will certainly need to have some administrative and customer service experience, particularly over the telephone. Attention to detail is critical and you will have the ability to operate on your own initiative, taking a pro-active approach to problem solving and responsibility for resolving issues.
